My stay included nice amenities. The breakfast was great. I especially liked the fresh fruit. The room had a turn down service. They also provided fresh fruit in the room. I was lucky. I was there for my birthday. Joao at the breakfast staff brought me sparking wine.

service issues detract from the stay
long queues untrianed chef
The breakfast was honestly a mess. there were long queues every morning. many plates and food containers were empty. i ended up settling for an omelette from the cooking station, but the chef really didnt know how to make one. It was more like scrambled eggs. plus, waiting nearly 40 minutes in the lobby bar for service is unacceptable.

helpful staff private parking amazing view
I found the staff helpful and courteous. upon arrival, staff handled our luggage and provided a keycard for private parking access. our bags were delivered to our superior ocean room after check-in. The view from there was amazing. breakfast offered multiple options and the team was really good.
i was asked to leave a 200-euro deposit without prior notice. it has been two weeks since we checked out, and i still haven't received my deposit back. the hotel has not responded to my emails regarding this matter.

A Balanced Experience
helpful staff underground parking variety product controlled air patchy wifi trip organiser
The hotel staff was generally helpful and courteous. The underground parking was excellent. I appreciated that. Breakfast offered a huge variety of products, and the live cooking station was nice. I enjoyed the fresh omelets.
I found the air conditioning to be centrally controlled. The temperature was either too hot OR too cold. The WiFi connection was also patchy, especially when I was far from the lobby. The hotel couldn't organise a car and driver to take me to a particular spot. I had to use a trip organiser down the street.
